This information is provided to inform the members of the SFO SKYWARN® group of current weather alerts. The information provided here comes from the NWS API Web Service, which may or may not be functioning at any given time, and therefore may not be up-to-date or accurate. For the most up-to-date information, refer to the NWS SF Bay Area website, tune in to NOAA Weather Radio in your area, or consult a local news media source that provides weather information.

Active alerts issued by the NWS Forecast Office in Monterey, CA (MTR) for the SF Bay Area Skywarn coverage area, which includes the following eleven counties: Sonoma, Napa, Marin, Contra Costa, Alameda, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Benito, and Monterey counties.

There may be a delay or failure caused by numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the polling rate, the ability of the NWS API Web Service to relay NWS products, or the reliability of this web site.
